10 am - 12 pm
Price PP: $35 // Max 12

Mindfulness originated from early Eastern religions and is used today to help manage stress, improve attention and overall well-being. The practice helps us stay in the present moment, without judgment, while making internal and external observations.
This program explores the basics of mindfulness by introducing methods to achieve self-soothing through the five senses. Each sense will be thoughtfully explored to bring awareness to the connection you have with your body. Touch. Taste. Smell. Sight. Sound. The program ends with personal reflection and cafe-style sharing in a stunning setting on the water.
Coffee, tea, hot cocoa and thoughtfully prepared snacks add to your intimate experience in a light-filled, healing space overlooking the water and gardens.
